UC Davis Concert Band Features Works by Randall E. Faust
The University Concert Band and Wind Ensemble, directed by Pete Nowlen, present an eclectic symphonic band program, including works by award-winning contemporary composer Randall E. Faust, horn player and professor of music at Western Illinois University, and featuring special guest performers from Davis Junior High Schools’ ninth-grade bands.
The concert takes place on Wednesday, June 4, at 7 pm in Jackson Hall of Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts. Tickets are $8/11/14 for adults and $4/5.50/7 for students and children.
