University Concert Band Invokes Dreams and Visions
The University Concert Band, a well-loved UC Davis tradition, brings its distinctive style and energy to Jackson Hall of the Robert and Margrit Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 3. Dreams and Visions is a concert of modern, imaginative works for band, including Frank Ticheli’s “Vesuvius” and Luigi Zaninelli’s “Roma Sacra.” Pete Nowlen directs.
